Brown & Jones Builders have spent seven months converting this traditional four bedroomed house into six beautiful rooms and suites. Craig Burgess leads and Richard (Jones) and Matt (Brown) oversee a team of local craftsmen. They have gutted the house and rebuilt it enhancing the tradional features with bespoke doors, windows anf fittings. They also work with local plumbers, electricians and decoraters so Richard is able to advise and find the right person for the job when they are needed.
Steve Green Plumbing has designed and installed a system to provide heating to ensure comfort in all the rooms throughout the year, a continual flow of hot water to all six bathrooms as well as fitting the six luxurious bathroom suites

IDMP Illustrations & Design Mark Powell prepared the original illustrations which helped us to envisage what wanted to create at Beech House, we also used his pictures to create a brochure and market Beech House before it was finished.

Andrew Hewson has helped us with the interior design taking our ideas and enhancing them with his own to create rooms that are luxurious, comfortable and homely. He is brilliant with colours and is able to combine item from antique shops and fairs, skips, car boots, Asda and Ikea to create the right feel in the room.

Swans of Oakham assisted Andrew with the design of all the rooms and provided all the beds which all have made to measure hand sprung mattress's. They also sourced all the furniture and fabrics some from there shop on Mill Street in Oakham and some from Antiques Fairs.
