Our michelin-starred chef Sean Hope has a great Cookery Demonstration menu planned for Tuesday the 24th of August 2010 at his award winning country pub, The Olive Branch, Clipsham, Rutland.
Sean’s friendly passion and enthusiasm is displayed to fine effect as he demonstrates how to prepare and cook the finest and freshest ingredients that he has sourced from local suppliers. Following the demonstration Sean will return to the kitchen and with his team cooked the same menu for your lunch.

Sean provides a continuous stream of time-saving hints and tips on menu preparation, cooking and final presentation during the demonstration. Guests leave with a copy of the demonstration menu recipes for the featured dishes.
